ஆத்திச் சூடி – உயிர் மெய் வருக்கம்

க ங ச ஞ ட ண த ந ப ம ய ர ல வ ழ ள ற ன
கடவுள் வாழ்த்து
ஆத்தி சூடி அமர்ந்த தேவனை
ஏத்தி ஏத்தித் தொழுவோம் யாமே.
பொருள்:
திருவாத்தி மலர் மாலையை அணிந்த தேவனை நாம் மீண்டும் மீண்டும் தொழுவோம்.
Meaning:
Let’s worship the Lord who wears the garland of primrose flowers, again and again.
உயிர் மெய் வருக்கம்
1 கண்டொன்று சொல்லேல்.
(பார்க்காததைப் பார்த்தது போல் மிகைப் படுத்தி சொல்லாதே.)
(Don’t exaggerate what you saw.)
2 ஙப் போல் வளை.
(மற்றவர்களுடன் ஒத்துழை.)
(Be flexible and cooperate with others.)
3 சனி நீராடு.
(தவறாமல் நீராடு.)
(Take showers regularly.)
4 ஞயம்பட உரை.
(இனிமையாக பேசு.)
(Speak sweetly.)
5 இடம்பட வீடு எடேல்.
(எவ்வளவு இடம் தேவைப்படுகிறதோ, அவ்வளவு பெரிய வீட்டில் வாழ்ந்துக் கொள்.)
(Live in a home with enough space according to your needs.)
6 இணக்கம் அறிந்து இணங்கு.
(யார் யார் எப்படிப் பட்டவர் என்று தெரிந்துக் கொண்டு பழகு.)
(Understand who is who and have a friendship with them accordingly.)
7 தந்தை தாய்ப் பேண்.
(பெற்றோர்களை கவனித்து பராமரி.)
(Take care of your parents.)
8 நன்றி மறவேல்.
(செய்நன்றி எப்போதும் மறக்காதே.)
(Don’t forget gratitude.)
9 பருவத்தே பயிர் செய்.
(எப்போது எதைச் செய்யவேண்டுமோ, அப்போதே சரியான நேரத்தில் அதைச் செய்.)
(Do everything at the right time.)
10 மண் பறித்து உண்ணேல்.
(மற்றவர்களின் உரிமைகளைப் பறித்து வாழாதே.)
(Don’t take other people’s land for your needs.)
11 இயல்பு அலாதன செய்யேல்.
(உனது இயல்புக்கு மாறான காரியங்களைச் செய்யாதே.)
(Don’t do deeds that are not natural to you.)
12 அரவம் ஆட்டேல்.
(பாம்புகளுடன் விளையாடாதே.)
(Don’t play with snakes.)
13 இலவம் பஞ்சில் துயில்.
(சுகமான பஞ்சுப் படுக்கையில் தூங்கு.)
(Sleep on a comfortable cotton bed.)
14 வஞ்சகம் பேசேல்.
(வஞ்சகம் நிறைந்த பேச்சுக்கள் பேசாதே.)
(Don’t talk maliciously.)
15 அழகு அலாதன செய்யேல்.
(அழகில்லாத, இனிமையில்லாத செயல்கள் செய்யாதே.)
(Don’t do things that are unpleasant.)
16 இளமையில் கல்.
(சிறு வயதிலேயே கல்வி ஏற்றுக்கொள்.)
(Learn and educate yourself when you are young.)
17 அறனை மறவேல்.
(மற்றவர்களுக்கு தருமம் செய்ய மறக்காதே.)
(Don’t forget charity.)
18 அனந்தல் ஆடேல்.
(அளவுக்கு மீறி தூங்காதே.)
(Don’t oversleep for long hours.)
